Any officer involved shooting results in plenty of paperwork and some serious investigation before they may decide it was a Justified event. US Marshal Raylan Givens character is based on an intriguing and somewhat old fashioned lawman appearing in some Elmore Leonard stories. The writing is especially good as is the acting and each character in this show is someone to explored further. Timothy Olyphant (Deadwood) is a soft spoken southerner who happens to carry a Marshal's badge and has his own special style of law enforcement. Harlan Kentucky is the setting (although mostly filmed in California) and redneck style justice prevails in this back woods community. Raylan Givens must contend with relatives, ex-wife (Winona played by Natalie Zea from HBO series Hung), and crooked politicians in order to keep the streets of Harlan clean and safe. Even his own father is part of the criminal element found in this small Kentucky town. Seems like Raylan can trust no one but himself. A love interest and some multi-dimensional "bad guy" characters make this program always entertaining and intriguing.

The Orville is a science fiction television series created by Seth MacFarlane. It premiered in 2017 and is set 400 years in the future, where humanity has become part of a multi-species union called the Planetary Union. The show follows the crew of the USS Orville, a mid-level exploratory spaceship, as they navigate their personal and professional lives while exploring the galaxy.

Since its debut night back on September 21, 2010, Tuesday night viewing hasn't been quite the same. Detroit 187 brings a gritty realism to television that shows the heroic and positive side of the city that cars built. The program is a crime drama and with its ensemble cast of great actors, explores various 187's (police code for homicides) that occur with frequent regularity in the writer's minds in the Motor City. We, the viewing audience, ride along and explore the people and reasons why murders happen and why they are part of the culture of every big city. Detective Louis Fitch, played by Michael Imperioli, is rather rough around the edges yet as a ten year veteran of the DPD was first a cop with the NYPD, bringing that tough mentality to the Motor City and almost fitting in. Sergeant Jesse Longford (James McDaniel) is a lifelong resident of Detroit whose father was also a police officer. He's tough yet understanding and about to retire. Aisha Hinds is yet another alumni of NYPD Blue and represents a tough as nails black woman who heads up the DPD homicide unit. The entire cast is superb and with good writing Detroit 187 should be around for a good long while.

As a sequel to the popular Spartacus: Blood and Sand, we find Spartacus: Vengeance is more about how and why he became a gladiator. Determined to free the slaves owned by the Roman Republic, the Romans need to stop Spartacus before he does them more damage. And now Spartacus, himself a former Thracian slave, has a huge decision to make which is whether to help free the slaves or seek vengeance on those who condemned his own wife into slavery then death. Starring as Spartacus is Liam McIntyre from Neighbours and The Pacific, Peter Mensah (Avatar, Tears of the Sun) is trusted friend and former trainer of gladiators Oenomaus, Lucy Lawless (Xena: Warrior Princess, Battlestar Galactica) is Lucretia Batiatus, widow of Quintus Batiatus who now hold a gift known as prophecy, and Dan Feuerriegel (Australian TV's McLeod's Daughters, Stupid Stupid Man) playing the part of Agron, German gladiator who was the first to join up with Spartacus and his revolt. Others in the cast include Manu Bennett as Crixus, Viva Bianca as Ilithyia, and as Gaius Claudius Glaber, Craig Parker. It's rousing and entertaining while not especially true to history.

Despite its mind-bending qualities, "24" TV series became an instant sensation, and it remained a ratings dominator through its final episode on May 24, 2010. Running for a total of 192 episodes, "Twenty-Four" series went into the record books as television's longest-running spy-themed series, eclipsing legends "The Avengers" and "Mission: Impossible." Kiefer Sutherland starred as Jack Bauer, counter-terrorism expert supreme. Bauer is the only character that recurred through all eight seasons, because different terrorist plots required radically different villains and a variety of corrupt government officials. In eight 24-hour stories, Bauer thwarted assassination of a Presidential candidate, prevented terrorists' destruction of Los Angeles, stopped a crazed drug-dealer from releasing a deadly virus in LA, getting fired from and being reinstated at his job"”just in time to bring down a corrupt President, and escaping from Chinese kidnappers in order to stop a string of terrorist attacks on major American cities.

Would you mind speed-dating in the jungle on self-made rafts sailing down the crocodile-infested river? If you like these adrenaline-stuffed romantic adventures you will probably be hooked by Love in the Wild. However, to say the truth, you will have to sufficiently lower the acceptable level of stupidity, ridiculousness and affectedness. Otherwise you will be a little bit surprised by how this TV show was made. The anticipated symbiosis of The Amazing Race and The Bachelor Pad turned out to be just a bunch of meaningless quests on pseudo-romantic substrate. The only thing that saves this show is the fact that producers seem to be not taking the entire stuff too seriously. For instance, who will take seriously somebody whining about person whining about ants? As for series rules there are lots of advantages to form a loyal couple. Even if you are finishing last, there is a good chance to stay in the game in case if some partners in other couple will broke up and will not find any other contestant to partner with. In this situation they will end up in the Single Area from where they, most likely, will be eliminated. Such breaking ups are happening from time to time just because betrayal could be advantageous too: not because you are falling in love with somebody from the other couple, but on case if last-place couple member will accept a switch request in order to secure staying in the game. In opposite to the actions taking in the show, the rules are only intriguing elements in Love in the Wild. But do not forget the surrounding nature -it's beautiful and, furthermore, it's filmed magnificently. And maybe it's only the advantage saving this dating reality TV show for the next seasons.
