Superstore is a television series that aired on NBC from 2015 to 2021. The show follows the daily lives of employees working at a fictional big-box store called Cloud 9 in St. Louis, Missouri. The show explores the challenges and humor that comes with working in a retail environment, and delves into the personal lives of the characters.

Maddie and Ben have been dating (and living together as a couple) for the past nine years and appear to be content with their living arrangements. Several relationships are involved and this family, while close knit find their world turned upside down by the announcement that Maddie's younger sister Mia is pregnant and even though she has only known her boyfriend seven weeks, is making plans to marry him. Maddie is stunned when she sees that her parents approve of the news. Now it's time for Ben and Maddie to wonder if they should advance their own relationship or simply allow it to remain stagnant. Maddie Putney is played by Jennifer Finnigan (The Bold and the Beautiful), Mia Putney is portrayed by Joanna Garcia (Reba), Ben Coles is played by Josh Cooke (Without A Trace). Rounding out the cast are Kurt Fuller as Joel Putney the father and Debra Jo Rupp as mom Vicky Putney. This thoroughly entertaining situation comedy is always filled with light hearted fun and romantic involvements.

Lisa Kudrow has been a busy gal since she was part of the ensemble cast of Friends! She now produces as well as stars in a new concept in sitcom on Showtime Television titled Web Therapy. Kudrow is Dr. Fiona Wallice, a therapist who contrives a new therapy form in which she spends three minutes on a web cast with patients who were formerly treated to those long and overly "talky" 50 minute sessions where nothing really happened. Her idea is to abbreviate those unproductive bouts down, thus leaving out most of the irrelevant chit chat. Kip Wallice, Fiona's husband, is played by Victor Garber (Ugly Betty, Nurse Jackie) shows up occasionally and her mother Putsy Hodge is well played by Lily Tomlin (stand up comedienne "Ernestine"). Apparently her newly devised condensed version of has some therapeutic value as she works with various patients who have guest starring roles in each episode. Names like Meryl Streep, Phylicia Rashad, Courtney Cox, and Jane Lynch fill in the 30 minute situation comedy and the results are hilarious and especially innovative due mostly to the level of talent involved. Well worth catching if you have Showtime.

The show is an all-black women's sketch comedy show that features a variety of hilarious and satirical sketches that aim to challenge societal norms and stereotypes. Each episode is comprised of several sketches that range from absurd and silly to biting and thought-provoking.
