As in all the fairy tale versions of this classic we find a beautiful young and desirable woman who sleeps, deeply and for long periods. The erotic version seen here in this 2011 Australian film is oddly filled with intimate encounters but strangely enough, no actual sex involved. Seems like the Sleeping Beauty named Lucy, who is played by Emily Browning (Sucker Punch, The Uninvited), is a young woman who evidently hates men enough to pick her lovers simply by a toss of a coin. She is consensually drugged with sleep medications that put her out for long periods of time, and with a wide assortment of much older men. She evidently is never actually "penetrated" however and this seems to make the audience edgy, wondering just what is going to happen and if ever anything even will, because after all, this is not supposed to be a porn film.he story is definitely told from a modern perspective and that may not work with many who come to see a classic fairy tale story, so just be forewarned.lso starring in Sleeping Beauty are Rachael Blake playing Clara, Ewen Leslie as Birdman, Mirrah Foulkes as Sophie, and Michael Dorman as Cook.

A Glimpse Inside the Mind of Charles Swan III stars Charlie Sheen as Charles Swan III a graphic designer who is popular among the ladies, successful in professional life and generally a lucky man. But in one unfortunate moment his life suddenly changes when Charles' girlfriend Ivana, breaks with him unexpectedly. Since that moment Charles life begins to slide by a tailspin-shaped curve. His manager Saul and best friend Kirby both try to help Charles but ineffectually. The movie's action takes place in the midst of 70s' when life was still full of "sex-drug-and-rock-and-roll things: which causes an ultimate influence on the filming style of A Glimpse Inside the Mind of Charles Swan III. The movie is directed by Roman Coppola who has given us CQ. So, it wouldn't be an exaggeration to say the film is almost a directorial debut Roman Coppola as for big-screen movie. Nevertheless we shall pay a tribute to his actors' selection – the ensemble cast is splendid and full of chemistry between the characters. As we said before Charles is played by a top-ranked American comedian Charlie Sheen (a star of Two and a Half Men, She Wants Me, Due Date and Scary Movie franchise). His girlfriend Ivana is played by a gorgeous Katheryn Winnick (a star of Vikings, Stand Up Guys and Nikita). Based on factual events this film pits a pair of young enthusiastic attorneys against the established big money of the pharmaceutical industry. When an ER nurse is accidently pricked when handling a contaminated needle, the law firm which handles personal injury claims becomes involved. Mike Weiss, who is played by Chris Evans (Street Kings, Push), is young and dedicated even though he also happens to be a drug addict works for a Houston law firm that's main specialty is handling personal injury claims. His partner Paul Danziger (Mark Kassen of Bernard and Doris, The Sasquatch Gang) who also directs Puncture also works what could be their case of a lifetime. They take on the case involving a hospital ER nurse named Vicky (Vinessa Shaw from Two Lovers, Stag Night) who accidently stuck herself with a syringe. Seems the big drug companies prevent the use of safer syringes to ward off such accidents happening. They seem willing to risk permanent and sometimes fatal results without consideration for others.ach year millions risk infection and contamination by such diseases as Hepatitis C and even HIV when accidental pricks occur. This time around there are two young lawyers who care enough to pursue it to a settlement even though it stretches their law firms business to near collapse. This even takes on international proportions because of the millions who die each year in Africa due to faulty syringes.

Caroline and Jackie, directed by Adam Christian Clark showcases us a horrific scenario of one-evening dinner with unexpected quests. The movie centers on two sisters, Caroline and Jackie who seems to be the lovely siblings, but from the very first minute we are to understand that something is wrong with their relationships. First of all, Caroline unexpectedly visits Jackie at her home and invites sister and her friends to the restaurant party despite the fact that Jackie was cooking al the day to have a great dinner with her friends. As Jackie agrees to accept Caroline's invitation she learns that this improvised surprise party was arranged by Caroline to celebrate Jackie's birthday, which passed two months ago. A ridiculous dinner turns to totally boring nightmare as quests gradually immerse into sisters uneasy relations hearing Caroline jibes addressed to Jackie As everybody feels that dinner is broken they finish the dishes hastily and moves to Jackie's house. However, if you suppose that Caroline is the "bad guy" in among the siblings, it means that you dramatically underestimate Jackie's nature. And this is not the end, as the action unfolds it becomes absolutely clear that their friends, both Caroline's and Jackie's are complete ass-holes as well. It's hard to say why Adam Christian Clark so carefully and accurately filmed such a bunch of deranged characters, but nevertheless he made it masterfully.

Territorial rights along with family honor are long traditions of many nations and in this film we find that conflicts over land owned by families for generations never seem to become resolved, resulting in violence and a blood feud may be the result. Joshua Marston and Albanian Andamion Murataj weave a tale that is absorbing and honest, comparing old fashioned laws and rules against the younger generation's more modern approach to those age old traditions.ark, played by Refet Abazi (The Berlin Project) is a bread delivery man who uses a horse and cart on his daily route. When he is killed because he trespasses on land as he travels his daily route, the daughter Rudina, played by newcomer Sindi Lacej, must set aside her high school life and take over the route which is the family livelihood. An age old tale of property dispute and family traditions, The Forgiveness of Blood is an absorbing story of old verses new ways of life in Albania.
