Hachi: A Dog's Story looks very respectable thanks to beautifully grown old Richard Gere. But all this is the perfect atmosphere generates the feeling that all this neat, distilled and smoothed microcosm of the American province was specially built just for the beautiful story design. Something here is not real in the movie. However, when your eyes filled with tears, you will not be able to consider.

Todd Robinson's Phantom is an action thriller about a fictional chain of extremely dangerous events supposedly taken place in the midst of Cold War. The movie's plot revolving around the haunted Captain of Soviet Submarine heading to the center of military exercises of US Army with the dangerous crew members and nuclear missiles on the board. Those dangerous crew members are the KGB agents with the secret mission to launch deadly missiles. The target is the US Navy ships and submarines concentrated in the center of training operation. This will destroy the major part of US Navy and provide an advantage for USSR Army. And, for sure, this will ignite the Third World War resulting with all the devastating nuclear consequences. The Captain of Soviet Submarine, Dmitri Zubov (Ed Harris) stands between an uneasy choice: to herd with hellish KGB Officer (David Duchovny) dreaming to unleash nuclear war, or to turn against his country and save the world.

Tom Vaughn's Extraordinary Measures should be considered as noteworthy movie primarily because the fact that it is based on the true story of the family of Dr. Crowley and Stonehill. This drama, about a struggle for the lives of children affected by Pompe disease, where the parents are going through the overflowing emotions, and children calls for sympathy and empathy. But you would not say the same about the film which looks like its filmed clumsy and simple, though Tom Vaughan shoots another comedy with Ashton Kutcher in the lead role, which consists of a set of fragments. If Nicolas Cage was invited, there would be a lump in coming to throat may be in one episode. But here even Fraser is not smiling and still seems to be something to rejoice. Eileen Crowley (Keri Russell) is feeling like it's not her children are sick, even when she worries about them, it all looks like so unnatural. Back when World War I was about to begin so was an odd friendship between Psychiatrist Sigmund Freud and a young fledgling shrink, Carl Jung. There is also a beautiful woman that creates conflicts between the two men and also the fact that psychoanalysis is in its formative years. This combination makes for some rather dangerous methods of treating mental patients and those who can't quite cope with society. Canadian director David Cronenberg (The Brood, Scanners) may be somewhat out of his element with this story because it's more talky than his usual action packed films. Starring Viggo Mortensen (The Lord of the Rings series) as Freud, Michael Fassbender (Inglorious Basterds, Fish Tank) as Jung, and Keira Knightley (Atonement, Pirates of the Caribbean series) as the beautiful Sabina Spielrein, the woman who comes between Jung and Freud. She eventually became a successful therapist in her own right. Considered a historical film, A Dangerous Method deals with what happened back when psychotherapy was in its infancy and how psychiatrists learned how to best help those with mental problems.

In an age where women are considered second class citizens and not allowed to hold jobs of any value, Albert Nobbs finds work as a butler in a posh Dublin hotel. Nobbs however just happens to be a woman who sees the opportunity to make a living even though it is discouraged in Ireland in the 19th century. This works fine until she falls for a handsome man and wants to escape from the lies she has lived with. Glenn Close first fell in love with the Albert Nobbs character and played the part back in 1982 in an off Broadway play. She purchased the rights and began working to make this highly entertaining film. ross dressing is something that has always been controversial and remains in use today even by mothers in Afghanistan who dress their young daughters up to appear like boys so they won't be harassed in public.
