Piranha 3D is probably the best spoof movie of the 2010 (alongside with Vampires Suck) and at the same time the final chord for an entire stage in the development of the genre. Derided as Piranha 3B (Breasts, Butts and Blood) this movie represents such infrequently self-irony from the masters of horror you can hardly meet. It is important to understand that Alexandre Aja largely cracked down on his own made-up stamps. Dybbuk is a Jewish-folklore evil spirit, who represents a soul of dead person, which has unfinished business in the world of living. To make things done, dybbuk infuses in the human live being, which it ultimately devours at the end. But let's go back to the story, the box and its owner survived the horrors of World War 2, and emigrated to USA, where she died in 2001 and the box were sold to abovementioned Mannis. Finally, he brings this box home and opens it. Inside, he finds strange artifacts: locks of blonde and brunette hairs, dried flower buds, a goblet with remains of wine and the statue with Hebrew word Shalom, engraved on it. Lately he sold the box due to the numerous nightmares he and his wife suffered after the box appeared in their lives. All the later owners of "dybbuk box" have reported about these nightmares and curses that accompanied their lives since they bought the box. This true story has laid in the storyline's foundation of The Possession, the movie released in 2012. The film was directed by Ole Bornedal, and screenplay was written by Juliet Snowden and Stiles White. Jeffrey Dean Morgan and Kyra Sedgwick are starring in the movie alongside with Grant Show, Madison Davenport and Natasha Calis. The last one portrays the main character, Em, who apparently becomes possessed by a dybbuk from the box.

One thing those involved agreed upon was they did not want to simply remake a great spooky classic like 1982's The Thing by John Carpenter or even its predecessor The Thing From Another World from 1951. We don't need to remake classics like Jaws or The Exorcist and The Thing is another that is better off leaving intact as it was so perfectly done initially. But this is more a prequel and as such does not step on the original. This story involves the same characters but with a somewhat different timeline and plot because these are the same ones already dead when the original movie began. Now we learn their side of the rather spooky story about the wolf like apparition that consumes its prey then assumes their identity completely.tarring Mary Elizabeth Winstead (Live Free or Die Hard, Make it Happen) as Kate Lloyd, a paleontologist who joins up with the Norwegian team of scientists who happened to stumble upon an extraterrestrial space ship that's crash landed in Antarctica. The pilot, Carter, who is played by Joel Edgerton from Separation City, Smokin' Aces teams with the crew to stop the alien creature that assumes the form of anything it eats and then becomes them to fool humans and take over. This is what "could have happened" if the 1982 version took another path and one of the best non-remakes to come along in a while.

The Apparition terrorizes them while feeding with their fears and it seems like nothing could help Ben and Kelly besides Patrick (Tom Felton), a professional expert in science of supernatural. However, everything looks like it's too late.

Hollow Man is a 2000 science fiction horror film directed by Paul Verhoeven. The story is centered around a group of scientists who have developed a serum that can make a person invisible. The lead character, Sebastian Caine, played by Kevin Bacon, is the first to test the serum on himself. Initially, the experiment is a success, but as time passes, Caine starts to experience side effects, including losing his ability to become visible again. His descent into madness causes him to become violent and obsessed with power, leading to a series of terrifying events.
