Remember Jaws? Everyone saw it summer of 1975. Recall Jaws 3D? Didn't think so. Today however the 3D concept is alive and well thanks to new techniques (and better glasses). Shark Night takes a group of college friends away to spend the weekend at a Louisiana lake house set just off the Gulf. The guys and gals set out to have a memorable weekend and don't yet realize just how memorable this will turn out to be. Sharks don't reside in fresh water lakes, or do they? he group dons their bathing suits and dive in but the day turns dark and dangerous when Malik, a football star comes out of the water missing an arm! They must get him to a hospital and set off in a little speed boat but become victims to what apparently involves a sick game played by local residents.ara Paxton (Wizards of Waverly Place) is Sara, Sinqua Walls (Friday Night Lights) is the unfortunate Malik, and Chris Carmack (Drop Dead Diva) as Dennis top an up and coming cast in this horror thriller: Shark Night 3D.

Following the unforeseen success of its Part One, Paranormal Activity 2 movie is its film sequel set to be shown on October this year. Shot in documentary-style, the first part became a huge box office hit across the world. Freshly-famous actors, Katie Featherston and Micah Sloat are expected to go back onscreen and play as themselves. Earlier this year, the trailer of Paranormal Activity 2 movie already garnered favorable responses as it was initially shown before the premiere of the third Twilight series installment. Come Halloween 2010, the movie is expected to rake as much as $200-million dollars worldwide.

Guillermo del Toro once again tries to horrify as after a spooky Don't Be Afraid of the Dark - now, with his next horrendous creature Mama (2013). The story of Mama starts from scene where two sisters Victoria (Megan Charpentier) and Lilly (Isabelle Nélisse) mysteriously disappear in the nearby forest, after their mother was ferociously killed by their father. Lilly's and Victoria's uncle, Lucas (Nikolaj Coster-Waldau) tries his best to investigate this strange disappearing and to find little girls, if it's possible. But days has pass, and his rescue expedition hasn't show any results. In desperation he seeks and seeks his nieces again making it almost the main mission of his life. Finally, when he is about to give it up, he encounters a weird cabin in the forest, where two girls are living on their own, safe and in the good health. And there would be nothing extraordinary, if we talked about days of searching. But, almost five years have passed since, Victoria and Lilly were missed… That asks lots of questions. How little girls survived in the forest alone? Were they alone? And who was welcomed in Uncle Lucas's house alongside with the children? It seems like little girls' mother haunted their minds and what was taken as aftermath of the stress now turns to be a paranormal entity, Mama that has infested Lucas' house. The situation becomes really horrifying when Lucas's girlfriend, Annabel (Jessica Chastain) decides to use hidden demonic powers of Mama to resurrect her own children, which died many years ago.

A Nightmare on Elm Street is intended not so much for the original fans of the franchise, but rather for a new generation of viewers. In this sense, Bauer worked for him delivered the order. Clear and in full accordance with the original estimates: simplified to the limit high art of the nightmares, which was so inventively scarecrow in earlier films. The pre-release buzz registered only lukewarm, and a few long-time fans used the unfortunate phrase "paycheck movie" to describe Cage's efforts."Reminiscent of Beowolf with more horror and gore, the story draws admirably from all the traditions of medieval storytelling, ultimately pitting the two courageous crusaders against a dark force that threatens to rule the world."Returning from the Crusades, a noble night finds his homeland ravaged by the black plague. Church officials blame sorcery for the pestilence, and they have captured the witch they hold responsible. They command the knight to transport the alleged witch to an abbey where the monks specialize in exorcising demons. The knight enlists the help of a priest, a grieving comrade-in-arms, a disgraced vagabond, and an arrogant young would-be night. Together, they battle hostile and horrible wilderness, making their way to the abbey where the witch's terrible secret is revealed and literally all hell breaks loose.

Piranha 3D is probably the best spoof movie of the 2010 (alongside with Vampires Suck) and at the same time the final chord for an entire stage in the development of the genre. Derided as Piranha 3B (Breasts, Butts and Blood) this movie represents such infrequently self-irony from the masters of horror you can hardly meet. It is important to understand that Alexandre Aja largely cracked down on his own made-up stamps. However, just recently learned that this successful joke has already been decided to put on the conveyor - sequel to the film is already running in production. However, we can only repeat one his heroes: "So what? These were the only fish fry? ". Nevertheless Piranha 3D is Alexandre Aja's the best and most bloody horror spoof with the stars of the 80th and the wet T-shirts in the uncompromising 3D.
