You might remember the first of The Last Exorcism and its cam-shaking found-footage style. Thanks god, The Last Exorcism Part 2 is made in normal way without boring "real-footage" effects. Like in th previous one, Ashley Bell stars in this movie too as Nell Sweetzer, a terrified girl found lurking in the woods and latter rehabilitating after the previous exorcism which turns out be just an act of clearing the way for greater evil eager to settle in Nell's tiny body. Further, unlike the first movie directed by Daniel Stamm (The Darkness, Angry Little God, A Necessary Death), the second "Last Exorcism" is directed by the less known Ed Gass-Donnelly (Small Town Murder Songs, This Beautiful City) which may lead to some underestimating of the horrifying power of this movie, but watching the trailer will left you reassured. The filming is great, the horror scenes are powerful, and the evil is realistic. Thanks to the writer Damien Chazelle (Grand Piano, Guy and Madeline on a Park Bench) the movie plot looks solid and scenario twists are plausible.

Set in 1988 this time around, Paranormal Activity 3 will be focused on Katie and Kristi as far younger but the stalking by demons will still be the focus and the fear for them. Considered a "supernatural horror" film, this is one scary trip back in time as the first two movies, Paranormal Activity and Paranormal Activity 2 were each quite scary and intense! Take young girls who just may be more brave than smart, and let them repeat the phrase "Bloody Mary" into a mirror in the bathroom, then turn off the lights in hopes of congering up an actual Bloody Mary Cocktail but instead find actual blood and a demon in the suddenly chilly room.ritten by Christopher B. After her divorce Sarah and her teenage daughter, Elissa move to a small rural town hoping to start their lives anew. The upscale community hides some very scary goings on that evidently occurred in the house next door to theirs and things begin happening very soon. Danger and evil lurk behind this small town's sleepy exterior and both mom and daughter soon find their dream home is haunted and teeming with terror and violence. Evidently years ago a girl killed both her parents as they slept in their beds in the house next door. She disappeared leaving Ryan (her brother) as the lone survivor of the family. When Elissa and Ryan get cozy the dangers grow! Elissa is played by Jennifer Lawrence (The Hunger Games), Sarah is played by Elisabeth Shue (CSI: Crime Scene Investigation), and playing Ryan is Max Thieriot (The Family Tree). Small towns seem to have more secrets even than large cities or at least they sure seem to have scarier past histories.

Following the unforeseen success of its Part One, Paranormal Activity 2 movie is its film sequel set to be shown on October this year. Shot in documentary-style, the first part became a huge box office hit across the world. Freshly-famous actors, Katie Featherston and Micah Sloat are expected to go back onscreen and play as themselves. Earlier this year, the trailer of Paranormal Activity 2 movie already garnered favorable responses as it was initially shown before the premiere of the third Twilight series installment. Come Halloween 2010, the movie is expected to rake as much as $200-million dollars worldwide.

"Halloween Kills" is a slasher film released in 2021 and directed by David Gordon Green. Serving as a direct sequel to the 2018 film "Halloween," it is part of the popular "Halloween" franchise. The story picks up immediately after the events of the previous film, continuing the terrifying saga of Laurie Strode and her relentless pursuit of the masked killer, Michael Myers. Set in the town of Haddonfield, the movie depicts the local residents coming together to confront and stop Michael's murderous rampage.

Filmed as the immediate continue of the first 1974 movie in the franchise signature "shock 'till you drop" style, Texas Chainsaw 3D, picks up the story line of The Texas Chain Saw Massacre exactly where it was left off by the first movie. So, in order to refresh all the aforegoing events of the movie you may need to watch once again (or just watch) the first one. However, it's needless to say that Texas Chainsaw 3D is the seventh movie in this slasher franchise, so it would be very hard (if not impossible) to determine what the difference between them all. Nevertheless, the CGI effects are developing constantly, which, in the case of horror movies, means that the quality of bloodbaths and other meat ins and outs would be incredibly realistic in this new John Luessenhop's movie. The story of Texas Chainsaw 3D starts when Heather Miller learns that she inherits the mansions from her grandmother she never known; when she visits her new house, he realizes that the mansion is inhabited by some horrible entity. As for ensemble cast it needs some special words about: the main protagonist, a gorgeous Heather Miller is portrayed by Alexandra Daddario, who may be familiar to you by her participating in such a well-known projects as Hall Pass, Bereavement, Nurse Jackie and Damages; while Dan Yeager plays the main villain, Leatherface - you may not know him well, but this was the guy who has produced Ordinary Average Guys short film in 2011.
