U.S. Marshals is a movie that was released in 1998 and is a sequel to the 1993 film, The Fugitive. The movie stars Tommy Lee Jones as U.S. Marshal Sam Gerard, who is tasked with apprehending a fugitive who has escaped from a prisoner transport plane. As Gerard and his team track down the fugitive, they begin to uncover a conspiracy that puts their lives in danger.

An action packed flick starring Logan Lerman (3:10 to Yuma) as D'Artagnan, Matthew Macfadyen (Robin Hood) as Athos, Luke Evans (Clash of the Titans) portraying Aramis, and Ray Stevenson (The Book of Eli) as Porthos take on the ultimate rogue film roles. This time around the three legendary Musketeers are seen as down on their luck and in need of D'Artagnon's leadership and influence. A beautiful female double agent, along with her evil employer, are attempting to seize the French throne while inciting war in Europe so the Musketeers must act quickly to prevent the mayhem.Milla Jovovich (Resident Evil: Afterlife) portrays Milady de Winter and Orlando Bloom (Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest) as the Duke of Buckingham are the villains who would love to take over Europe and the rest of the world as well. Look for plenty of entertaining action and comedy when The Three Musketeers comes to the big screen in 3D soon."

Superheroes are popular and abundant in comic books. Now we find many of them making it onto the big screens, followed up by DVD release for home entertainment. Just as Captain America, The Incredible Hulk, Iron Man, and Thor have made a big splash in the live action arena, The Avengers looks to be a big hit and huge money maker for its distributor Walt Disney Pictures. "Nick Fury (Samuel L. Jackson from Pulp Fiction, Iron Man) is director of S.H.I.E.L.D., an agency for international peacekeeping. When an unexpected enemy threatens global security and safety Fury decides to call on a team of superheroes to save the world. Among his choices are Iron Man Tony Stark (played by Robert Downey, Jr. from Iron Man, Tropic Thunder), the reclusive billionaire industrialist who invents a mechanical suit of armor. Also summoned are Captain America Steve Rogers (played by Chris Evans from Captain America: The First Avenger) who's experiments with serums led to his super human physicality, and Dr. Bruce Banner who is the Hulk. Played by Mark Ruffalo from Shutter Island, The Kids Are All Right) the Hulk is somewhat of a "loose cannon" making the other team members leery of his participation. Rounding out the dream team of Avengers is Thor (played by Chris Hemsworth from 2009's Star Trek and A Perfect Getaway) Norse's God of Thunder.

In a small silent American city five are shot dead. The local policemen make a rapid investigation and quickly arrest the culprit. It seems like everything is clear and the case is closed. But the guy accused in five death makes a strange declaration in front of cameras "Get Jack Reacher", claiming himself innocent. The crystal clear case turns out to be a complicated chain of events, when Reacher, who saw the accused man's request, heads to the city in order to restore the justice. The movie is solely based on Lee Child's series of novels about the giant military professional Jack Reacher. In the Christopher McQuarrie's movie Jack is portrayed by Tom Cruise. Although Cruise is not as tall as Jack Reacher described in Lee Child's books, he manages the role in very persuasive way. Furthermore, Tom looks perfectly adequate for the role of Reacher, mostly because we are to accustomed to his previous roles as special agents or military professionals in the movies like Valkyrie, Knight and Day, Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol.

"Watchmen" is a 2009 superhero film based on the acclaimed 1986-87 comic book series of the same name by Alan Moore and Dave Gibbons. The film takes place in an alternate reality where superheroes, once celebrated as heroes, are now outlawed. A retired superhero known as the Comedian is murdered, leading another retired superhero, Rorschach, to investigate and unravel a larger conspiracy. As the story unfolds, the characters confront issues of morality, power, and the consequences of playing god.
