In the Mood for Love is a 2000 film directed by Wong Kar-wai, set in Hong Kong in the 1960s. The American is a contemplative movie, yet unhurried and relaxed. Anton Korbeyn, who previously filmed only music videos, directed the movie ideally for the Clooney manner of playing.
