In The Darkness tell us a horrible story of two lost boys who disappeared in unknown direction and futile attempts to find them while everybody who search them just walking on the edge.

"Buffy the Vampire Slayer" is a 1992 comedy horror film directed by Fran Rubel Kuzui. It follows Buffy, a high school cheerleader who discovers that she has been chosen by fate to fight vampires and save the world. The film stars Kristy Swanson as Buffy, alongside Donald Sutherland, Paul Reubens, and Rutger Hauer.

"The Witch" is a 2015 horror film that tells the story of a Puritan family in 1630s New England who are banished from their community and forced to live on the edge of a dark and foreboding forest. As they try to build a new life, strange occurrences begin to happen, including the disappearance of their infant son and the family's descent into paranoia and religious hysteria. The film explores themes of religious fanaticism, the fear of the unknown, and the breakdown of family relationships.

You might remember the first of The Last Exorcism and its cam-shaking found-footage style. Thanks god, The Last Exorcism Part 2 is made in normal way without boring "real-footage" effects. Like in th previous one, Ashley Bell stars in this movie too as Nell Sweetzer, a terrified girl found lurking in the woods and latter rehabilitating after the previous exorcism which turns out be just an act of clearing the way for greater evil eager to settle in Nell's tiny body. Further, unlike the first movie directed by Daniel Stamm (The Darkness, Angry Little God, A Necessary Death), the second "Last Exorcism" is directed by the less known Ed Gass-Donnelly (Small Town Murder Songs, This Beautiful City) which may lead to some underestimating of the horrifying power of this movie, but watching the trailer will left you reassured. The filming is great, the horror scenes are powerful, and the evil is realistic. Thanks to the writer Damien Chazelle (Grand Piano, Guy and Madeline on a Park Bench) the movie plot looks solid and scenario twists are plausible.

For those who have enjoyed bestiary of the same name horror videogames, Silent Hill: Revelation 3D or Silent Hill 2 is sort of fresh air after the years of silence both from creators of original game series, Konami and director of the first Silent Hills, Christophe Gans. Now the silence is broken by Michael J. Bassett, a director of the next movie in Silent Hill franchise. Now, fans of Pyramid Head, Suki, Monster in the Mist, Dalia and other members of horrific bestiary are free to express their wild enthusiasm by watching and rewatching movie. The rest of others horror film fans will enjoy 3D atrocities in total consternation. To say the truth, horror movies are the most fertile ground for 3D technology and the movies like Silent Hill: Revelation 3D is strict evidence of this fact. The dread scenes is so frightening amplified by 3D CGI that even most stupid screenplay will be graciously accepted for sake of opportunity to experience the preterhuman Angst.

Frankly speaking, The Crazies is like a "Grindhouse" in action, an old school thriller, but filmed with a serious mien, without exaggerated nostalgia for the good old days, when the cinematograph was able to produce the thrills using the simple means. All this we watched millions of times already, this is the task of directing talent here - to impress the audience at the sight of the same in a one million and first time. And if the original version of "The Crazies" was to heavy on political satire and protest against the Vietnam War, a modern remake is already deprived of these options…
