You might remember the first of The Last Exorcism and its cam-shaking found-footage style. Thanks god, The Last Exorcism Part 2 is made in normal way without boring "real-footage" effects. Like in th previous one, Ashley Bell stars in this movie too as Nell Sweetzer, a terrified girl found lurking in the woods and latter rehabilitating after the previous exorcism which turns out be just an act of clearing the way for greater evil eager to settle in Nell's tiny body. Further, unlike the first movie directed by Daniel Stamm (The Darkness, Angry Little God, A Necessary Death), the second "Last Exorcism" is directed by the less known Ed Gass-Donnelly (Small Town Murder Songs, This Beautiful City) which may lead to some underestimating of the horrifying power of this movie, but watching the trailer will left you reassured. The filming is great, the horror scenes are powerful, and the evil is realistic. Thanks to the writer Damien Chazelle (Grand Piano, Guy and Madeline on a Park Bench) the movie plot looks solid and scenario twists are plausible.

"The Shining" is a 1980 psychological horror film directed by Stanley Kubrick. Based on the novel by Stephen King, the movie tells the story of Jack Torrance, a struggling writer who takes a job as the winter caretaker of the isolated Overlook Hotel. Jack moves in with his wife, Wendy, and their young son, Danny. As the family settles into the hotel, they soon discover that it has a dark and malevolent presence that begins to consume Jack's sanity.

A tiny budget, the gloomy plot, outstanding box office, and bam - it is the classics of the genre. Paranormal Activity directed by debutant and filmed almost for nothing in his own house. No staging, no howls of music, almost any sudden movements. Nobody scares you, but it's scary to tingling. You are afraid not of the Paranormal Activity, but of own fears. You are afraid to be frightened, and this is even worse. You are afraid your thoughts that suddenly comes into your head at the sight of a man, just looking at the other and sleeping. As a result, you are afraid of yourself.

Set in 1988 this time around, Paranormal Activity 3 will be focused on Katie and Kristi as far younger but the stalking by demons will still be the focus and the fear for them. Considered a "supernatural horror" film, this is one scary trip back in time as the first two movies, Paranormal Activity and Paranormal Activity 2 were each quite scary and intense! Take young girls who just may be more brave than smart, and let them repeat the phrase "Bloody Mary" into a mirror in the bathroom, then turn off the lights in hopes of congering up an actual Bloody Mary Cocktail but instead find actual blood and a demon in the suddenly chilly room.ritten by Christopher B. "Malignant" is a 2021 supernatural horror film directed by James Wan. The movie centers around Madison Mitchell, a woman plagued by horrifying visions of gruesome murders. As the story unfolds, Madison discovers that her visions are not mere nightmares, but actual glimpses into real-life killings that are happening in her city. She realizes that she has a mysterious connection to the murders and must confront a malevolent entity from her past.

Arthur Kipps is a young attorney attempting to settle the affairs of Alice Drablow, recently deceased when he discovers strange things have been happening to the children of that community. Apparently someone killed several of them, all at the same time. A woman dressed in black attire walks in the area and whenever she is seen, a child is sure to die.his Woman in Black lost her own son Nathanial, who drown. Now she seeks revenge over his loss and can be seen walking, dressed in black with a black veil covering her face, which as eye sockets eaten out by scavengers.
