"Milk" is a 2008 biographical film directed by Gus Van Sant and starring Sean Penn as Harvey Milk, the first openly gay elected official in California. The film chronicles Milk's political career and his rise as a prominent LGBT rights activist, as well as his personal relationships and tragic assassination in 1978.

And 33 years later after the "Iranian Hostage Crises" Ben Affleck releases his own movie, Argo, which he direct, co-produce (alongside with George Clooney) and where he plays the leading role, CIA Special Agent, Tony Mendez. As we can see, Ben hasn't look far for searching the appropriate actor for the main protagonist role, choosing himself for playing most toughest guy. Nevertheless, the other cast members were selected brilliantly: Bryan Cranston (Rock of Ages, Red Tails), John Goodman (Red State, The Artis and, funny fact, Sullivan Truck from Cars) and Taylor Schilling (The Lucky One, Mercy).

"Harriet" is a biographical movie about the life of Harriet Tubman, an American abolitionist and political activist who escaped slavery and helped free hundreds of other slaves through the Underground Railroad. Besson's credits include Columbiana, Taken, and The Fifth Element and his testosterone laden thriller movies show he is big on action films but this one is more the thinker type. Michelle Yeoh who stars as Suu Kyi has proven to be an action type actress herself in roles such as Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon.he message is that non-violence wins out over a repressed and violent society even if the head of the opposition is jailed. Aung San Suu Kyi spent a year imprisoned when she fought hard to win free elections for her fellow Burmese. Its those quiet leader types that eventually get the job done and she eventually won the Nobel Prize for her efforts.

Well before he died May 2, 1972 there were rumors floating around in high places speculating on the fact that Hoover was a closet homosexual as well as a cross dresser in private.
